We are one of the UK's leading driving schools and are growing very rapidly. We are interested in hearing from both qualified instructors and prospective instructors who would like to train with us. We have a close knit and successful team ready to support you in your career, we go further than any other driving school to help you make your career a success.
Many national schools have a high turnover, and instructors generally use them as an expensive stepping stone towards becoming independent. Our franchise charges are extremely competitive, we do this simply as this is the only way we can keep the very best instructors within the school.
We like instructors to be friendly, reliable and serious about teaching, driving standards and road-safety. We are also constantly looking into other areas of road safety such as the fleet sector, motorcycle and HGV training. We can provide many opportunities to progress within the industry that as part of a larger school or as an independent ADI are simply not there.
Support is available to all instructors from the main office at all times, and we will put in in touch with other local instructors and arranging social events. We are there to help with everything from part 3/check test training to help organising your diary.
We do not ask instructors to sign a contract with us, and we advise instructors to be wary of franchise driving schools requiring you to sign into contracts. If you are not receiving any work from your driving school you could up locked into a contract with no work and no way out.
We generally do not offer discounts on lessons, we offer first class driving tuition at a reasonable price and we want instructors to earn a good income.
